VLS Transportation requires a food and/or beverage deposit of $75.00 in cash in an envelope to the driver.

In order to ensure VLS Transportation maintains the highest levels of professional services and safety, there is Gratuity for driver(s).

We suggest 15% gratuity and the processing fee will be 5.75%. We waive 2.75% if you paid by check or money transfer to Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. General guidelines/rules must be adhered to.

The following activities and/or items are not allowed inside of any vehicles:

• No Alcohol.
• Illegal drugs
• Open Containers - Must have a screw on top or secure lid for tumblers
• Any and all criminal activity
• Pornographic material or acts
• Disrespectful or discourteous behavior

1. All vehicles owned and/or operated by VLS Transportation designated as non smoking.
2. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and checked for damage prior to each engagement. The client shall be responsible for any cleaning or repairs which may be required due to any act of negligence or disregard by the client or by the client's guests. VLS Transportation a food and/or beverage deposit of $75.00 in cash in an envelope to the driver prior to the trip, acceptable method of payment being cash or cashier's check. This deposit is 100% refundable barring no damage or negligence caused by client or client's guests. In the event, the damages caused by client exceed said deposit, VLS Transportation may exercise the right to charge the client accordingly or to pursue any and all means to exact monies due and owing from client from gross negligence.
3. Client agrees to ONLY BRING ABOARD BEVERAGES WITH A SCREW ON LID OR A SECURE SEAL LID FOR TUMBLER STYLE CUPS - NO EXCEPTIONS. No restaurant lids on to-go cups will be allowed. If inventory is available, VLS Transportation water bottles can be purchased for $1.
4. Client agrees that the VLS Transportation shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to any type of traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the charter bus and motor coach service during normal driving conditions.
5. VLS Transportation cannot be held liable for items left in any vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle prior to dismissal.
6. VLS Transportation reserves the right to immediately terminate the job, for all parties in attendance for the use of illegal substances and/or any illegal activity by any guest in attendance. There will be no refund of any monies to the client, due to the negligent behavior of the passengers.
7. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES: Should a medical emergency occur during transport, the customer acknowledges that VLS transportation is a charter bus company and not equipped to provide medical services or transport individuals requiring medical attention. As a result, the customer releases VLS transportation from all responsibility related to transporting them to a medical facility. In such an event, VLS transportation will not delay any other services or wait for the customer's release. Furthermore, VLS transportation will not be accountable for any extra costs related to the medical emergency, including fees for transportation with another vendor. The customer is responsible for procuring transportation at their own expense back to their originating destination.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing and mailed or emailed to us at vlstransportation1@gmail.com. Cancellation fee is 100% of the total rental price if not made within 30 days prior with the sales staff and or dispatch operator.
9. The client is responsible for getting & paying for the drivers room. Either at the same hotel or a different hotel. If different from the client, it has to be approved by VLS Transportation LLC.
10. Client understands that the VLS Transportation shall not be responsible for any items left in the vehicle or the safe keeping of any items(s).
11. ARRIVAL TIME: The time of arrival at starting point, stopover point, destination or return to point of origin cannot be guaranteed. Travel routes and requests for specific routes will be established by the Service Provider for the Chartering.Party will be at the Service Providers discretion. Travel speed is compatible with safe operation at all times. Road, traffic and weather and no refunds shall be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the control of The Company or the Service provider.
12.
